Biography

Originally from Gaspésie, Bryan Robinson studied in civil law at the University of Ottawa before being called to the Québec Bar in 2002.

His practice is concentrated in business law more specifically in corporate organization.

His services are required for the constitution of new companies, corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, foundations and charities. He is also consulted for drafting share structures and other corporate documents.

He advises corporations in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and corporate transactions such as shareholders agreements, the purchase or sell of businesses, contracts of enterprise or for services, distribution agreements, commercial leases, funding and business strategies, license and franchise agreements.

He is also mandated by other professionals such as accountants and tax specialists on tax-related transactions.

Since 2004, he is an occasional lecturer in corporate law and advises various non-profit organizations in their contractual and corporate drafting.
